The Charon class runabout appeared in only one episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. It is generally just known as the Romulan shuttle, but Last Unicorn Games called it the Theta class courier, and made it quite a bit larger, while Star Trek On Line calls it the Kestral class runabout. Officially, it is slightly larger than the Danube class, which is borne out by the size of the boarding hatch visible on the shooting miniature.
Some people believe that the runabout is actually a smaller shuttlecraft, but hull details and the DS9 hangar scene refute that. On the other tentacle, such a small shuttle likely does exist and therefore I have done up a shuttlecraft using the same design æsthetics.
