- 1. Half-Elves are uncommon, but not rare. Almost all Half-Elves are the result of marriage, and will usually be raised in one culture only, with some knowledge of the culture of the other half of his or her heritage. To find the average height and weight for an individual, first determine the racial mix (ex. Father was a Wood Elf, and Mother was a Caucasian Human), remembering that all Half-Elves are Elven/Human crosses (mostly Grey or Wood Elf on one side and Caucasian on the other). Average the height and weight ratings for the two races. In the example given an average male character would be 1.825m tall and would weigh 68.5kg. A female character would be 1.775m and 60kg.
- 2. There are no height and weight ratings given for female Half-Orcs, because there aren't any. Orcs are only interfertile with Humans, and only the Y chromosome at that. All Half-Orcs are the result of either rape or prostitution. Most are abused and/or abandoned as children, and have severe emotional problems. A very few are raised as normal children, and these are usually better adjusted. If a Half-Orc survives until adulthood, he may be accepted into an Orcish band or tribe if he can survive a trial by ordeal.
