The Fife has a complement of 6 Assault Shuttlecraft, named Monty, Patton, MacArthur, Zhukov, Crerar and Rommel; after generals in Earth's WWII. There are two Long Range Shuttle types in service with Starfleet, a larger one that uses a specialised Warp Sled for truly long ranges and this smaller version which can be stationed aboard a starship.
