Cretok Nor is located in the Monaria System. Formerly an orbital mining station, it now serves as headquarters for the Alliance occupation forces in the Rimward half of the Cardassian Union.
Cretok Nor is a standard Cardassian-designed mining station, identical to Starbase Deep Space Nine (formerly Terok Nor) and Empok Nor. It consists of a central core surrounded by an inner habitat ring and an outer docking ring. The Docking ring supports six inward-curving docking pylons.
The station is divided into four security zones, one for each of the Great Powers of the Alliance and a central neutral Treaty Zone.
