The Excalibur-A has a complement of 3 Long Range Shuttlecraft, named Arthur, Guinevere and Merlin; after the Legend of King Arthur. There are two Long Range Shuttles in service with Starfleet, a larger one that uses a specialised Warp Sled for truly long ranges and this smaller version which can be stationed aboard a starship.
