- Ailix is an Edoan, a hairless semi-humanoid with three legs and three arms. Like all Edoans, he is completely hairless and has gaunt, craggy features. He has a high piping voice which makes him sound perpetually nervous.
Ailix is normally shy and retiring, but is an enthusiastic performer of traditional Edoan folk dances, which feature a complex whirling step which can only be performed by Edoans. He prefers a vegetarian diet and does not drink intoxicating beverages.
