- Howrluw spent his formative years in the Ragraa Pack in the Havenic Imperial Federation, a small but expanding stellar empire in a lenticular stellar cluster orbiting our Galaxy, in the 29th century. He trained and served as a Scout/Gunner in the Havenic Imperial Scout Service.
Approximately 14 years ago, Howrluw was on a routine supply mission to a scout base when his shuttle was caught in a temporal warp and arrived in the Dyson Sphere. Howrluw was severely injured and placed in cryogenic stasis. The fate of his 3 crewmates is unknown. The shuttle was discovered by the crew of the Runabout Lena and brought to Dyson Base.
