- Onarra Sihnona grew up in a rich family on Cygnet, and her career has been seen to by her mother's closest friend, the Cygnan Trade Minister. Her career has been devoted more to personal advancement than to the ideals of Starfleet. She met then-Captain Dale Stone while at Starfleet Command in San Fransisco, and worked with him again when he assumed command of Starbase 21. She has been assigned to Dyson Base to keep an eye on M'Rel, Tal and Seth for Commodore Stone.
