 The Star Trek: Rising Sun campaign continues the adventures of the crew of the USS Lena. Having been detatched to Starfleet Intelligence, newly promoted Commander M'Rel and Lieutenants Leiliri, Seth and Tal were transferred from Dyson Base to the SS Rising Sun, on a covert mission to investigate a possible extra-dimensional incursion by a huge, 19 kilometre long starship. Their only leads: a missing psionic warrior and a robot desperate to track him down.
Now, having found Juran and defeated the Vaders, The crew has returned to the Federation with a new prize - a Mirror-Universe-built Defiant class Escort, the ISS Rising Sun NCC-37465 (now renamed the USS Rising Sun NCC-77465). Juran has retired to Bajor where he hopes to found a new Jedi order, and the R2 unit Wesson has decided to stay with the ship. The crew's record has been expunged of any wrongdoing.
