The 31.5 metre version of the Mission class is much more cramped than the original poorly done plans would indicate, and only nominally can be said to have three decks. Actually, there are one and a half decks, arranged in a split-level configuration. Still, I have managed to shoe-horn everything in. It is not a spacious craft by any means, little more than a runabout.
