The station has a square central hub, three decks tall. It has a tower atop the hub, three levels high, and four radial laboratory arms, each two levels in height, and Jefferies tube access level below the hub. All four arms are equipped with security doors on both levels. The station has a life support system set to terrestrial standards: 77% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 1% argon with 1% trace gasses; 101kPa pressure; 20°C temperature; 10m/s² standard 1G artificial and a standard day cycle of 26.28 hours, or .3 stardates. There are three duty shifts. Each shift is .1 stardate long, or 8 hours 45.5 minutes long. This is the standard time-keeping on board all Starfleet vessels and stations, where 1000 stardates equals 1 standard terrestrial year.
