Rover Secure Couriers is a private firm owned by Niko V'Shandru. In addition to its Nilron class transport ships, Rover Secure Couriers conducts anti-pirate patrols in the Triangle, using a decoy ship and a pair of old Federation cutters.
Uniforms for all personnel of Rover Secure Couriers consist of khaki trousers and an off-white, long-sleeved vee-neck pullover, with an optional khaki jacket. For maintenance tasks, a heavy-duty khaki coverall is worn.
